Poker is popular all over the world. Some countries have more traditional forms of the game than others. For example, in the U.S., a poker game is commonly called texas hold’em. To play texas hold’em, players have to bet at least nine chips.
Another form of poker is called three-card brag. This gentleman’s game has been around since the American Revolution. It is based on the original Primero.
One of the most popular variants of poker is seven-card stud. Each player receives two extra cards. These cards are not revealed until the last betting round.
